At Intrinsiq, we are pleased to announce that we will be offering 2 Live Webinars which will be held this Friday 17th April 2020, via the Schools & Agents Platform. The title of this webinar is “How to Integrate Video Conferencing into Distance Learning” and throughout the one-hour session we will be focusing on the following areas:

1. How to manage video in your overall school management
2. How to make sure your online classes do not get hacked
3. How to make your online classes appear more professional (for example by having a virtual waiting room for students, dealing with pre-call checks etc.)
4. Thinking about longer term integration and the added value of video Post-COVID 

We believe that the current situation within the international education industry due to the Coronavirus has pushed schools to really consider and move towards the direction of distance learning, even if they had not taken this into consideration before. As a result, people are wanting to make the transition as quickly as possible, and this very often leads to some serious mistakes which could include issues like:

• Hacking
• An unprofessional image
• A means to an end
• No virtual waiting room for students
• Technology not working properly on the day of the lesson

These are just some of the main concerns that schools have when moving towards distance learning and these are the issues that we will be tackling during these webinars. The sessions will be held in very small groups (of not more than 5 people) so that if you have any specific questions about your current situation or the way your school is currently running things, there will be the time to answer all individual queries.
